Abstract

The Japanese species of the genus Armostus Sharp, 1890 are revised. Two new species, A. nigricans Hoshina and Satô and A. ohyamatensis Hoshina and Satô are described. A. schenklingi (d'Orchymont 1914) is recorded for the first time from Japan. A key to the Japanese species is given.
