Abstract

The genus Cymindoidea Laporte, 1832 of subfamily Lebiinae Bonelli, 1810 is known from 15 species globally and five species from the Indian mainland. In the present study, a new species, Cymindoidea seoniensis Anagha, Sabu, and Kushwaha, new species, is described from central India. A modified key to the species of the genus Cymindoidea from the Indian subcontinent is presented.
