Abstract

Gnathymenus hoppi Bortoluzzi and Caron, new species, an apterous species collected from leaf litter in coastal submontane forest, is described and illustrated, and represents the 10^th species of the genus from Brazil. Gnathymenus hoppi may be distinguished from other species by the shape of aedeagus.
