Abstract

Nogullocoris lemaitreae Chen & Cai, sp. nov. (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Reduviidae: Stenopodainae) is described and illustrated based on material from the Bacan Islands, the Moluccas, Indonesia. The new species is diagnosed by the pale brown body color, the relatively long antennal scape and the straight sides of the posterior margin of the abdominal segment VII. DNA barcode of the new species and a key to the species of the genus Nogullocoris Miller, 1958 are provided to facilitate its identification. The relationship between Nogullocoris and affiliated genera is briefly discussed.
