Who holds the copyright of the material in BioOne Complete?

BioOne Complete includes over 200 independently published scientific journals. BioOne holds a non-exclusive license to publish content on behalf of its participants, but is not the copyright holder or owner of any journals included in BioOne Complete. Each publication is owned by a nonprofit society, institution, or press that determines its own editorial strategy and re-use guidelines. For this reason, BioOne cannot stipulate any blanket re-use policies, to include author archiving. Each primary publisher determines their organizational policies independently. Contact details for individual publications are available in each journal's Editorial Office tab.
